His response was quick, he showed up on time and was very polite. I had a Box Elder Bug problem, he reassured me that if in a few days I still have an issue once he sprayed that he would come back free of charge and respray. So far I've had no issues, the spray seems to be doing its job. I would re-hire him again.

You worked with my schedule and did the job right, not to mention, at a very fair price. I'd highly reccommend you to anyone who needs your services. I hope this space will allow me to write all of the wonderful things I have to say about Tom! First off, he is very reasonable and understanding. He helped us get through one of the hardest times of our lives with ease. He goes out of his way to bring you comfort and give you back your home that you were terrified was surely lost to pests. When I first talked to him I was in shambles and felt absolutely hopeless. Within minutes of our conversation he had me laughing and feeling confident. He answers all of my texts and phone calls immediately and is super patient with what are probably some of the most ridiculous questions because I worry about everything. It’s like having “pest google” at my fingertips. He is absolutely hilarious and a joy to be around, I actually look forward to our sessions as his wit and humor relieve so much built up anxiety. He is a true humanitarian in the sense that he deeply cares about the comfort and well being of his clients and won’t stop until he knows he’s completed what he came here for to his customers comfort and satisfaction. The day he came out for our estimate I was in tears all day feeling defeated and he got right to work so my kids and I could sleep comfortably until his next visit. He has an answer for every question and a solution for every problem. He is super flexible and prompt. Although I feel with the upmost confidence that our bed bugs or “unwanted roommates” have been eliminated and “evicted” he is doing a session or two more for prevention measures on his own will. Not only will I be a lifelong Mantis customer, I also feel like I’ve met a lifelong friend. Tom is seriously one of a kind and definitely one of the best human beings I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! The kids and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Not only have you given us back our home, You’ve restore my faith in humanity as well. As I tell you almost daily since our first introduction, you’re the best! Thanks Tom! 😊

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system has a great deal of options. Dealing with various types of insects, and structures it is important to understand that a single flat rate price option is not available. Please feel free to call or email for current prices.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In the field of pest control, there is very little that could be called a "common" type of job. We deal with everything from Ants to Bedbugs. But, the most common would have to be doing a single treatment of the exterior homes to rid Spiders and Wasps.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
ALWAYS ask questions!!! If the answers don't seem right, or the person you are talking to seems lost, Check out the other companies. Knowing what and how to deal with the insects or rodents is a must. And, picking the right company will only get you the proper service you are in need of.
