- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to educate myself all the time! There is a new cell phone, laptop, or TV released just about everyday. You have to continually research those devices in order to keep up with the latest changes in manufacturing, design, and most importantly, repair.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
iPod, iPhone, iPad glass repair. Everybody and their brother has an iPod, and all too often they drop them and break the glass. Apple charges $199 for new glass, I charge $40 for the exact same service. All while using GENUINE Apple parts. You can't beat it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're not comfortable with opening up your device, I understand. Just remember that it's always better to spend a few extra bucks for the right tools for the job. If you don't, while you may have good intentions, you'll end up breaking things that you'll wish you hadn't.
