- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the job, the surface, and how dirty it is. I try to keep prices fair and clear up front. I also offer package pricing when customers want multiple areas cleaned at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask what they need cleaned and usually look at pictures or the property. Then I give a clear price, schedule the job, explain the process, and complete the work carefully. Afterward, I make sure the customer is happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent a lot of time learning proper washing techniques, chemical ratios, surface safety, and the difference between pressure washing and soft washing. I also continue learning from real jobs, equipment use, and industry methods.
