They rescheduled 3 times. 1st time was because they forgot their equipment. The 2nd time was because they had cell phone problems. Finally when they sowed up nearly 2 hrs late for the 3 rd appt. they had additional equipment problems and did seem prepared so I ended up cancelling the service.

sorry you were not satisfied, but you can't expect me to perform a job while you add on more projects when I was unprepared to do such projects without you making me aware you wanted more done prior of me showing up
