I am TIPs certified, which means I completed the ongoing training for responsible serving alcohol and passed all tests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did not get into food & beverage; I ended up in food and beverage. I have no regrets
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In the warm season, typically weddings. In the winter: fundraisers.
