Maxteriors made the entire process seamless from start to finish. It began with a simple Contact Us on their website, followed by an initial Zoom consultation. By chance, Max was quoting another job nearby and even stopped by our home the same day that level of responsiveness set the tone for the whole experience.Maxteriors may not be the cheapest in town, but their reputation for quality, professionalism, and true craftsmanship is exactly why we chose them. James and Eddie handled our permanent light installation, and their work was outstanding. They were meticulous with every detail and genuinely cared about making our home look its best. The electrical work and controller box installation were solid and clean, and they went above and beyond by patching small imperfections and leaving our home spotless. What impressed us most was their commitment to perfection James and Eddie even returned a second time to improve the flushness of the lights along the soffit relative to the fascia. That kind of dedication is rare, and its exactly why Maxteriors stands out. They truly listen to the customer and stand behind their work. Were already excited for spring when we can bring the team back to beautify the backyard and sides of our home.Thank you, Max, James, and Eddie, for an exceptional experience - Scott & Alexis, Shelby Township

Scott & Alexis, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We truly appreciate you trusting Maxteriors with your home.
Our goal has always been to deliver more than just a great lighting system. We want the entire experience, from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, to reflect the quality of the work we put our name on. James and Eddie take a tremendous amount of pride in what they do, and I’ll make sure they see your kind words.
It was a pleasure working with you both, and we’re looking forward to coming back this spring and continuing the transformation!
Thank you again for choosing Maxteriors Lighting!

Christmas lights, outdoor lighting, gutter cleaning they handle it all with speed, professionalism, and results that have neighbors stopping to give compliments. They responded on a weekend and had Christmas lights up within days during the busy season working through freezing cold and wind without a single complaint. The design process is collaborative, communication is top notch throughout, and they show up quickly to fix any issues that come up.

We installed under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen to improve visibility while cooking. The electrician carefully hid the wiring and positioned the lights evenly across the counters. The project took about half a day. Compared to before, meal prep is much easier because the countertops are properly illuminated. It also adds a warm atmosphere during the evenings without needing the main overhead lights. The lighting gives the kitchen a more polished and upgraded look overall. Its a subtle improvement, but one that makes the space feel more functional and inviting every day.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review!
We're happy to hear how much of a difference the under-cabinet lighting has made in your kitchen. Our team takes real pride in the details, so it means a lot to know the hidden wiring and even light placement met your expectations. Hearing that meal prep is now easier and that the warm evening ambiance adds a polished, upgraded feel is exactly the result we aim for on every project.
Subtle improvements like these often make the biggest difference in how a space feels day to day, and we're glad your kitchen is now more functional and inviting.
If you ever have another project in mind or know someone who could use a lighting upgrade, we'd be honored to help. Thank you again for choosing Maxteriors Lighting!
