- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge in 5 or 10 session increments so I know the client is committed to their exercise program. I encourage a minimum of two sessions per week so they will see results. My fees are commensurate with my qualifications, experience and educational background.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a thorough health and lifestyle evaluation to facilitate the design of a personalized exercise program to meet an individual’s specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master’s degree in exercise physiology from the University of Michigan and am a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
