Do yourself a favor - don't even consider this guy. Father and son team is really only son - Dad has full time job and only occasionally available. Hired to build a 30x60 pole barn style addition to our business. The project took three times longer than projected and was only finished when multiple family members (sister, brother, and commercial airline pilot cousin) came to help. The owner lacks knowledge on almost everything, has no problem-solving skills. He also doesn't oversee work contracted to others. Our whole building was set 4 inches too low - causing major water run-off issues. He then tried to blame his subcontractor for this problem (even though he admitted to us that he couldn't remember if he had told them wrong-causing the error). He refused to pay this subcontractor so they refused to finish the project - meaning he had to do it himself. He lacked knowledge of how to do it properly so all of the interior siding was installed wrong. Insulation is falling down the walls. New roof leaking before the project was even finished - we've elected to fix it ourselves due to a lack of trust in his abilities. Stumps and debris were not removed from property causing us additional expenses. And, he also admitted (weeks into our project) that he was being sued over his last pole barn project.

Rich and Chad were hired to remove my old deck and replace with one more than twice the size of the original. Not only were they wonderful and professional the entire experience, they were also very patient and ensured safety with my 3 little boys who were constantly checking on their work every step of the way. The job was started and comolested prior to our plan and we couldn't be happier!
