Introduction: Our food is made fresh, from sides to the meat. Our meats are smoked and cooked to perfection. Our wait staff is professional and takes care of all the event needs. We offer deliver or we can set up and serve the whole event. Our prices are great. On average a 150 person event totals approximently $2500.00 for a great menu. That your guests will rave about.
Suppling great food. Often, off site catering has been looked at as not good food. However, in the 3 years I have been running the catering division here, the food has been outstanding. The prep and cook times have been mastered to the T. The clients who sample our food at shows or at our free taste tests are astounded by the quality. The food is wholesome and guests are raving about the food at the event they attended for a long time!

I would have to say that I have been to a lot of different bridal shows to check my options out for my wedding and your company was by far the best around. Your beef brisket and red skin potatoes are to die for so keep up the good work and look forward to you catering my wedding in July!!
