- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fees for service are set at $75. We offer free estimates and quotes. Consumers Energy customers are eligible for increased savings through their rebate programs. We offer a big discount if you install multiple pieces of equipment at one time, e.g. furnace and A/C or hot water heater and furnace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer flat rate packages for certain services such as tune-ups, water heater installs, service calls, and free estimates. Otherwise, all quotes on larger equipment installs such as boilers, furnaces, A/C etc would need an on-site estimate to accurately match equipment to the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continuously participate in on-going training through manufacturers, utility companies, and the State. I gained my licensing through the State of Michigan.
