Mallory is a true professional! She was very quick (same day) to get back to me and had a quote for me less than two weeks later. She explained to me every day what the next step was and everyday did exactly what she said. She tidied up after herself, hung plastic to protect the rest of my house from getting dirty and was patient with questions. We had floor people installing a new floor right above where she was working and she handled it awesome and with headphones!! I will rehire Mallory and her team in a heartbeat and plan to call her for future jobs.
