I wrote a review earlier for the wrong place. Hah, that’s what happens when you get a little bit older. This one is for Absolute Plumbing in Howell Michigan who actually installed a new toilet for me. The young man arrived on time with the toilet, installed it in about an hour and so far it’s working fine and looks great. It was a fine job and a good experience all around. I would definitely hire Absolute Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give free estimates to clients to thoroughly go over their needs, wants and budget to make sure I answer any and all questions they may have about the work being performed and the process it takes. I want everyone involved to feel confident and have a complete understanding about details of the job at hand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set up an initial meet and greet to discuss what needs to be done. I provide free estimates and make sure I’m available for all questions. I like to walk the client through the process, show them visually in home what I’ll be servicing so there are no surprises when it comes time to schedule their work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing industry for the past 15 years. I have earned my Master Plumber and Backflow Licenses. I have also taken numerous higher learning courses to further my knowledge on plumbing, water heaters, tankless water heaters, gas piping and more.
