The snowplowing work today was very well done. Didn't have to contact Gordon Hauling to get the contract work completed. They just came to my residence and got the plowing done. Excellent!

Gordon's communication was great. Due to the heavy snow that we had in the area, my property was really deep. He was able to get a good amount of it done. However, it started snowing again after he was complete. When I went outside to check the work, the driveway wasn't completely done. I did express this to him via text message. He also offered to come back out after the second snowfall but it was for the same rate paid the day before. No discount was offered or return to finish the work that wasn't completed.
