- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes,I give the options of either industry standard per item pricing or I will use a labor plus materials method. The client will choose based on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an hour or so consultation in order to discuss the client's vision for the event. Afterwards I develop a recipe and within a week I electronically deliver a proposal outlining goods, services, and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience in customer service and 6 years of floral industry experience.
