Have had nothing but constant hiccups and road blocks from my insurance agency since my home claim 6 months to be approximate. Now it's getting closer to the winter months and still not finished.OH PLEASE DONT GET ME WRONG IF IT WASN'T For Doug i think I would have lost my sanity by now! Not only did Doug reassure me that everything would be ok but he went so far as to take the reigns when after 5 1/2 months my insurance then decided that they would have to send an inspector from their insurance to evaluate and report back to my claims adjuster what HE FEALT was a fair amount( to say the least amount) which came now to only $11,000! So take the reigns Doug did but to know avail his effects were futile,but not for the lack of trying! I highly recommend Doug for outstanding service over and above the call of duty he indeed is one of a kind and that goes without saying...Thank you Doug from the bottom of my heart! I may not be able to get it all done that I need and wanted to all at once but by God I will have what I can do done.

We had Doug Lehre and his crew here over the past summer to do several home renovations and repairs for us on our house that we had recently purchased. We needed a closet added to a bedroom, a rotted exterior door and sill repaired and replaced, many old, rotted boards on a large deck removed and replaced, and we had them replace an old, small set of steps leading into the house replaced with a beautiful, larger, deck-type porch entry. Doug was prompt in getting in touch with us and gave us quotes for every part of the different projects. As with most houses, there were quirks in the house that complicated a few of the projects. However, none of those glitches threw Doug and his crew and they found a way to not only complete the project, but definitely improve what was there to begin with. Doug always kept us informed and communicated all along the way, and he and his men did everything they could to minimize any impact to our day-to-day life. They were proactive to prevent dust and debris from creeping into the house, and they picked up and cleaned up daily. All in all, working with Doug and his crew was a great experience and we love the improvements they made to our house. We would definitely hire Doug to complete any future projects, of which we have a few!

Great people to work with. Hired to replace a screen and storm door.; Great install job, noticed the deck stains outside and installed a gutter and came the next day to fix and install aluminum siding and soffit that was damaged from the recent storms. Definitely using them again for other repair/upgrade projects.

Both, Doug and Tom were very professional. Our quote was given and the budget was kept. We did have a small issue, that Doug has said will be taken care of. With the weather changing, I can see where this might be in the spring, but I'm sure he will honour his commitment. All together, this was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company!

The work was done well. Our home is so much more secure and warm. I was disappointed that taking away the old doorframe and other work trash was not included. Other than that we were very happy with the work Doug and his crew did.

most of my pricing is a solid base price for the whole job to be done, so, they know what they are spending. I use the national average and then reduce that, so, my customers can save.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To meet, and go over the plans,if none, we will get some ideas, so, everyone is happy ! if I see anything out of place, I'll make suggestions that would be better for the customer, and let them decide.
