- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for junk removal will be established once one of our team members visits your residence or business. They will then provide a free estimate in person! We use all of our own equipment to give you the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Contact us via our website, phone call, or email. Step 2: An upfront, no hidden fee, price will be provided to you if you're looking to rent a dumpster and complete the project yourself. If seeking junk removal services, an estimate will be provided to you once a team member can visit your residence or business and assess the work to be done. Step 3: After a service date has been established with you, an electronic invoice will be sent right to your phone through the Docket App! Once the terms/conditions have been signed and payment has been applied, you're done! We require a phone call before providing any service so we can establish clear communication and scheduling with each customer.
