- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep it simple: $65 per hour on-site with 2 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all begins with a simple conversation. From there depending on the project a site visit to see the project is often next which typically leads to either a quote for the project or occasionally a referral to another that is better suited for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been blessed with opportunities to work side by side with very skilled and experienced friends, family and colleagues from every trade imaginable gaining a diverse range of real world experience and most importantly how every system has to work together behind the scenes.
