- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i try to keep cost down.and once i give a quote it will stay thay price unless you decide to add areas.some charge ridiculous prices for 10 hrs of work our min charge is 350.00 most are at 500.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ill come take measurements and talk to you about your project .so i can build a quote.and best meet your improvement needs.

20+years experience in drywall.10+in painting.5+in flooring ,carpentry.
