Carl is amazing to work with and is reasonably priced. He is pretty respectful and also very flexible. I felt very safe with him and had no issues with giving him means to access my home while I was away. I have already recommended him to my friends and neighbors. The final product is better than I expected and I am proud to show off his work. Look at my before/after pictures to see the changes.
I was so happy with his work I kept adding more. I started off asking him to remove wallpaper/paint walls and remove my popcorn ceiling. He ended up laying carpet, installing vinyl flooring, repairing my deck, and painting my kitchen cabinets. I am still planning to use him to turn my basement into a livable space. I can't tell you how nice it is to find someone who is so versatile and easy to work with. The way he works is he will come by and provide a quote, then if you want to proceed he asks for the material cost upfront. He the asks you text him or walk through the work with him as he works if there are questions. If not he walk through the work with you and the end to ensure the lite details are to your liking and you pay the final amout. I do recommend removing your items from his work area. I wasn't that good at doing that and he would cover my stuff with a cloth, but a few items needed cleaned afterwards.

I had some minor drywall work done, due to water damage. Carl with artistic drywall and painting did an outstanding job. With the drywall and paint and trim work we had him do. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

Had a roof leak and needed to replace a section of drywall in my kitchen ceiling. Carl was able to get me scheduled, my ceiling completed quickly, and even made sure to match my texture so well that you couldn't tell the whole thing wasn't replaced. A+ from me!

i try to keep cost down.and once i give a quote it will stay thay price unless you decide to add areas.some charge ridiculous prices for 10 hrs of work our min charge is 350.00 most are at 500.00.
