Introduction

Its my goal to approach each student with the intention of compassion, empathy and understanding. I strive to make the experience of yoga meaningful and accessible to each unique person, every time they practice. I love this teaching yoga because I believe it makes people better. Better to themselves, better to other people, and better to the world.

I take students through asanas(postures) and breathing exercises, and assist others in designing there own sequences to practice on their own.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Yoga is a very personal experience. A student needs to find a teacher that they can resonate or connect with. Someone they can question and receive an honest answer.
