We do not do free estimates. We currently charge a $60 fee that will be credited to your final bill if you choose to hire us for your project. Bruce construction framed my basement. Bill and Molly was very professional and friendly. The job was done on budget and on time. The craftsman ship was expert level. All the plates and studs are level and accurate. Everything was done professionally from bringing in the materials to the daily clean up.

Tim and Molly where great. They drove an hour to our new home and when we got in had so much uuexpexted patch work, but made it fast work. They also Pointed out other possible issues with our ceiling and offered free advice. They cleaned up everyday and have an easy pay system. Hire them and you wont be disappointed! Thanks again!

Willam Bruce did an excellent job raising an area of floor in front of my fireplace it’s level with the rest of the living room. William made sure all the joists were perfectly leveled before installing the flooring on top (also excellent). He also did drywall installation. He told me there should be three coats of joint compound, the tape layer, the bed and the top coat, and you use green for tape and bed and blue for top coat! Who knew?!? And thin coats for less sanding and less mess (he brought plastic sheeting of course!). It was a joy to watch a professional at work! I have other work I want him to do so don’t hire him so he has time to do mine! Just kidding! He is the best worker I’ve hired in my whole life! He knows all the building codes too!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the project first hand. I do the estimating and on-site work as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in construction at 19-20 yrs old. Had no idea what I was doing, but the satisfaction I had after completing the first project I was on was awesome. Just knowing I had a hand in help building this project ( church) was extremely gratifying. Been doing it ever since.
