I highly recommend! He was extremely thorough and took the time to properly diagnose the issue with my toilet rather than just treating the symptoms. He was able to identify the actual cause of the problem and fix it correctly.
While he was here, I also asked him to take a look at a few other minor issues in my bathroom. Some of the work had recently been done by another worker, but unfortunately, it had not been done correctly. He carefully inspected everything, explained what was wrong, and corrected the issues properly.
What really stood out to me was how clean and professional he was throughout the entire job. He laid down tarps to protect the floors and surrounding area and kept everything neat and clean while he worked. He clearly takes pride in his work and pays attention to the small details.
I’m very happy with the work and would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

My whole house was backed up beaver drains answered within 30 minutes and was at my house in vassar within the hour. Neil was very professional and knowledgeable about my entire plumbing system. Neil was able to clear the stoppage then showed me a video of my sewer line and found roots. Neil has recommended a no dig sewer patch at this time. I am having an estimate done by beaver drains for the repair. I would highly recommend beaver drains to everyone!!
