- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend a few minutes looking over the job, or for smaller jobs asking the customer a few questions about their project, what it looks like now and what they want it to look like when done balanced out with their budget. After I'm finished with that I write up a quote and email it to customer. Once customer decides to move forward with the project we set up a date for work to begin. I always give customer the timeline related to their job, describing the phases of work and what their involvement will be at each level.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoyed starting a kitchen and bath remodel company but at the same time became frustrated with some of the sales practices that my partners began to use so I concluded my involvement with them and started my own business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with hundreads of people in Oakland and Macomb county. All types of nationalities and incomb levels.
