Jeremy cleaned out the gutters and thoroughly flushed out the downspouts, including the below ground extensions, and took pictures of the cleaned gutters. He even took the mess of wet leaves and gunk with him so I didn’t have to deal with disposal. Highly recommended and would certainly hire again.

I requested gutter cleaning. I just do not feel comfortable doing it anymore. They replied timely and came to do the job that day. They showed up and were done quickly. I am very pleased.

First the main reason why we hired this gentleman was based off the Marine Corps picture. My father was in the service so I have much respect for our soldiers. That being said my wife and I both have been trying to get him to come back and take a look at the job he did because what he did did not fix the problem. I've contacted him countless times myself with the promise that he'll be out on certain days but he would no call and no show. My wife contacted him he told her he will be out on a particular day and yet still did another no call no show. There has been several attempts with no success. We paid for the service naturally we expect it to be done correctly not just a one time and "oh well" you're on your own mentality. Needless to say we are overly disappointed with the lack of concern for the customer, the communication and the job in general
