Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My service stands out in a way that represents the property. Whether it be a fine detailed project, an old Victorian mansion, or a new home or commercial property. I can be the voice for the property, tell you of the assets and liabilities regarding the property. Licensed Builder, Master Craftsman, Carpenter and recently retired FHA inspector and real estate appraiser. My work is very fulfilling, currently I am the senior craftsman, mentor and project Cordinator in a historic village in Genesee County. My previous knowledge and past life experiences have developed insight and skills regarding construction, property, process and restoration that are hard to find in almost any other market. I love my job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1. Get the work and financial agreement in writing 2. Make sure the technician is licensed 3. Do not pay for the complete job up front, instead you could provide a "store-specific" prepaid card for the estimated amount of the materials used then pay for the completed job as per your satisfaction and agreed price
