I had a new patio door installed on April 2nd. This door has built-in blinds and the sliding door blind did not work from day 1. It was reported to HomeZone the same day, in which they decided they needed to order a new replacement for this. A month later, they still cannot give me an estimate on when this part will come in.The new screen door worked for roughly a day and became really hard to open. They came out and determined it also needed to be replaced and would be out the next week as it was likely in stock. It's not the second week later, still can't use my screen door, and the broken door they installed is still broken.I've had to call a few times to get updates and it's always waiting on a call back. They aren't responsive, their customer service is lacking at best, and to be honest, I wish I could have my $3800 back so I could go somewhere that values the customer. The customer should never be left in the dark on anything, let alone when they will actually come fix the door they installed that was broken. It's ridiculous.I had they scheduled to give me a quote on a bathroom remodel and since cancelled it. I won't be doing business with them going forward. I would take all of these positive reviews with a warning - my experience is certainly not 5 star.

The office staff from start to finish was very professional and communicative during the entire process. Whenever I had a question, they were right on getting me an answer. The crews were very professional and did an excellent job!
