When it comes to painting there is no 'standard' pricing as every project is different from every other.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to be a corporate geek. Put on a suit and commute to NYC like a million others but there was no satisfaction in that. In painting I've finally found something I truly enjoy doing.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer with a split-level ranch rental property in Mahopac had to repaint the entirety of the interior of the house after the previous tenant had painted one room bright-neon yellow, another a deep dark blue and yet another bright-hot pink! In a couple of weeks we resurfaced every wall and ceiling in the home with a neutral color that belied what was previously there, thus significantly increasing the rental value.
