Bryce did a wonderful job. He was all alone and worked on 3 condos. Believe me they were dirty. They had never been power washed since being built in 2004. I did not have very high expectations because they were so stained and dirty. I was just totally amazed. Our condo looks wonderful. He got everything off. If you need someone to power wash your home, do not hesitate to call Bryce.

My research showed that Platinum Surface Cleaning charged the most for cleaning gutters. So, I twice hired the cheaper companies. Both times these companies did not show up for their prearranged cleaning times. I called several times to see where they were and never received a call back. Then I called Platinum Surface Cleaning. They were on time, did an excellent cleaning job and were very professional. They showed me the tennis ball that blocked my gutter which was a great help to prevent problems in the future because a little boy has now been banned from throwing tennis balls on the roof. This just proves you get what you pay for. Platinum Surface Cleaning was worth every dollar I paid for their help. I would hire them again.
