Arrived, got his ladder and promptly began his job on an extremely hot day. Nonetheless, kept to the schedule. Explained the situation of lacking some materials, but assured his return, which I do not doubt. The lockout is already almost complete--next to no inside activity.

Drake was awesome. Arrived within the time window. Immediately went up the side of my home to search out the whole birds were living in. There was no active nest, so all that was needed was covering the hole with new fascia aluminum. Fair pricing and he was done within 30 mins. Excellent experience.
