- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard fee pricing depending upon the charge in a criminal case. In a personal Injury case, I work on a contingency fee. That means I only get paid if the client obtains recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know the client's background before we discuss the law. I go over the facts of his or her case in detail with the client. Finally, I explain the law and and discuss possible outcome of the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Fellow in the National College of Advocacy which is the American Association of Justice educational training section. This is the largest and most respected group of trial lawyers in the United States. I received a top 100 award fro the National Trial Lawyers association for years 2014, 15 & 16. Awarded by The American Society Legal Advocates Top 100 in Michigan for the year 2016.
