- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in a local department store that sold computers and offered services. I knew how to do what was needed to get the job done well and I saw how much the customer was overpaying for services. I wanted to help customers save money and go into business on my own.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am generally involved in setting up new computers with anti-virus, anti-spyware, and optimization services. A second common issue people have is with laptops. Laptop LCD screen back lights commonly fail and it is cheaper to repair a laptop than to buy a new one.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish they understood how much money they save by using Gemmen's services. The continuing relationship that I have had with customers has been beneficial for myself and the customer.
