- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do both flat fees and hourly billing depending on the type of case and the client's needs. We are very flexible with our fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consultation with the potential client that is free of charge. During this consultation we listen to the client tell us about the case/issue/situation, and based on that information, we let the potential client what we can do and how we will go about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Juris Doctorate in Law (magna cum laude) from an ABA accredited law school, and over six years of practicing in Michigan.
