Monica, Thumbtack and I agreed that a less than 5 star review after One (1) lesson was unfair. Money Back Guarantee would have been provided to preserve all 5 star rating; but, fair opportunity not provided. Monica told me she put less than 5 star because not sure daughter wanted lessons. Monica told me daughter decided to not pursue guitar lessons with anyone else.
