- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the customer is looking for the cheapest price, then we are not that. We offer a competitive and affordable price that matches our exceptional quality of work. We do offer discounts and a referral program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer and set up a time and date for a free estimate. After an estimate is submitted we follow up and ask if customer has any questions or concerns. If job is accepted we sign a contract and work begins. We update the customer on a daily basis on the status of the project and address any issues right away if any. Once project is completed we do a thorough walk-thru and do any touchups if needed. And ask the customer for a review and we offer referral rewards. (If we do not get the job, we ask the customer if they are willing to answer a few questions on why we did not get the job, this is so we as a company can improve ourselves)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with my dad in the painting and home remodeling field my whole life. I have worked with many other contractors and sub-contractors and i have learned all my skills by working in the field. I have the capability to do any type of painting work, i have many years of experience with a paint sprayer, and im learning everyday.
