- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My main focus is quality and an exceptional customer experience. Therefore, while I am not the most expensive cabinet builder, I am also not the cheapest. I run the same or a little more than your average kitchen remodeler in GR.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start off with many questions! I really want to understand your vision and make sure we have a good understanding of all that you want in that space. I can help design the layout and recommend color/ finish combinations. From there once the major decisions have been made, we can move onto paperwork and then building!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of vocational training. After this it was 7 years of on the job training and experience.
