- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge on a flat fee basis for all criminal matters, depending on the complexity of the case. For family law matters we require a retainer and bill against that retainer at an hourly rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly attending seminars and keeping up on the latest judicial rulings that affect our areas of practice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The attorneys at WMDT came together to better assist those in West Michigan facing criminal charges or issues with a family law matter. We came together because we realized that working as a team made us all better attorneys who were better equipped to help those in need.
