- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment should be at the beginning of the month for all lessons (includes a small discount) or paid before class begins (standard rate).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers: we will talk on the phone to answer all questions, have a free evaluation lesson, and then we begin lessons once a specific day and time has been set.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a performing musician since high school, competed in competitions, performed at churches and weddings, accompanied at Solo & Ensemble, and have now been teaching private lessons for over 3 years.
