What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain all our licenses and insurance up to industry standards at all times. We are EPA Lead-Safe Certified. Our sales team is licensed. We have an A+ rating with the BBB, and are members of the HBA of Greater Grand Rapids.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working as a house painter in college, All Gutter Systems owner Tony Cobb started to notice how much disfunction there was on the rain gutters he saw on homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Seamless Rain Gutters are our main business that we install all year round. We also do gutter cleaning as long as they remain unfrozen. We have found 3 different gutter covers that we believe offer the greatest value for effectiveness, affordability and appearances. We are the largest installer of Under Deck Drainage systems in the state of Michigan and frequently travel across the country to install them. We offer drain tile installation to get the roof rain water to a more desirable location.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud of all our jobs!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are comparing "apples to apples." Check the kind of materials one contractor is using over another. Are they licensed and insured? Do they use full time employees or subs? How long have they been in business?
So often we hear from home owners who went with a cheaper company, then get lack luster results and low end materials. At that point they call us to reinstall or try to fix the original, and end up paying more in the long run.
Get multiple quotes, and do your homework.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That rain water, left unchecked, is the leading cause of damage to your home.
