Immediate response. Drove 30 mile to quote the job the day after my request. Showed up 2 days late and did an excellent job. These guys no what they are doing and are very honest and fast. I certainly can recommend them for any king or size of roofing job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior citizen and veteran discounts (not stackable). Our estimates are free. Every roof is as individual as the owner. Sight unseen we can only give average cost of average roof and that may not work for your needs. For repairs such as leaks, no one can honestly give an accurate estimate without eyes on. We always require half down before beginning a project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First telephone contact. We will need basic information. Second we do the estimate which is free. Then we send a estimate/contract that will cover scope of work, price, terms and warranties! Then we either meet or have a second phone conversation (depending on customers wishes and schedule) to discuss the estimate and If the customer likes what they see we talk color and logistics. We require half down and the signed contract and the project is scheduled!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Three generations of roofers and counting. Combined 90 years of on- hand experience is only the underpinnings of our company. We also have ongoing education in the materials used. One or more of us is taking classes that help us better understand the industry and update our license.
