THIS IS NOW MY SECOND LINE OF WORK. I BARTENDED AND MANAGED RESTAUANTS FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE I STARTED IN MY CURRENT PROFESSION. I ENJOY IT SO MUCH BECAUSE OF THE INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE THAT I CONTINUE TO DO IT AS A SIDE JOB.

CHECK REFERENCES, CHECK BACKGROUND HISTORY, AND HAVE A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW.

THAT ALTHOUGH IT SEEMS TO BE ALL FUN AND GAMES IT REALLY DOES TAKE SKILL TO BE A GREAT BARTENDER AND HOST.
