About
After years of doing repairs for family members, I have learned to take great pride in doing a job well. For years I have been told to take my skills 'on the road' so since retirement has offered me the time, I have decided to listen. I love working with my hands and helping others.

Very reasonable price for the amount of work Jim did pressure washing my house plus 8 awnings which were coated several years of dirt accumulation. Although Jim's pressure washer was not working properly, he used a brush on the vinyl siding and awnings which now are sparkling clean. Will definitely hire Jim again.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Since joining Thumtack I have replaced fan motors in a floor humidifier, repaired an antique rocking chair over 100 years old that was damaged by movers, a wireless phone charger and radio. I have received numerous requests for furniture refinishing and assembly as well.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am most proud of repairing an old antique rocker owned by the client's grandmother. The look on her face when she picked it up was extremely gratifying.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
