Absolute HORRIBLE experience with Morgan, the owner of Bella Chi Photography. She did an onsite photo shoot of my extended family in a home. She did not bring lighting or backdrops. The finished photos turned out grainy and there was not one picture where everyone looked presentable. Afterwards she did not respond to our telephone calls, emails or texts for three weeks. It took another 3 weeks to get our images via dropbox and she LIED and said it was US not returning HER calls! Why would we not return her calls if she had something of ours? It's been two months and we have not received our images on CD or our 8x10 prints that were promised with our purchase. She said she mailed them but has not provided us with a tracking number. I would not recommend this scam artist to anyone!

If there was a 0, I would choose that! Save yourself the headache, and do not deal with this unresponsive person who has excuses up the wazoo with no concern for you, only for her apparent busy schedule. And she even had an excuse for the low quality due to giving a a good deal. Psycho!!!

Morgan was such a pleasure to work with, she was great with my son and had great ideas for our Christmas photo shoot. She also took into consideration some of the poses I was hoping to get. She came to our house, and the session flew by! I can not wait to get a sneak peek! I am so happy to have found a photographer for all of the events that are important in my life.
