I am so impressed by NPC since day one ! I am an out state RE investor, I have already dealt with countless property management companies throughout the years which provides me with a conclusion of my experience overall ranked anywhere from poor to horrific to beyond anyone's imagination ! I was at a point where I just wanted to throw the towel and completely gave up the business like many others who live outside of MI. Then everything changed as soon as I met Candice, the owner of NPC ! With a few phone calls and email exchanges, Candice patiently answered my long list of questions without hesitations, I was immediately impressed by her patience, knowledge on property management, honesty and transparency of her business. We are happy to either establish a work by the hour price or do bids for jobs. We do have a standardized price list we can offer for those who are looking for an established long term relationship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing to establish when working with a new customer is to find out what their goals are. This is true whether it's a construction job, a buyer looking for a house, or an investor who is looking for property management.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed broker for nearly a decade as well as am a licensed property manager. I have licensed construction crews as well as hourly handymen.
