- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My resume and cover letter work really depends on the needs of my clients. I work within everyone's specific budgets and needs because the goal is to grow in a career or take the leap into a new one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have a short conversation on the phone to get any of the minor details out in the open. Then, if appropriate, we work on a timeline for check-ins and a final deadline. Prior to beginning work, I do ask for a portion of the cost up front and the remainder is due upon project completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education was completed at Eastern Michigan University where I earned a Bachelor's in English and Literature. Most recently, I obtained a Master's in Curriculum Planning and Instruction. I also have on-the-job training from my formal roles as a marketing and brand messaging specialist.
