This team came out when they said they would, installed all new valves to my satisfaction, they did it quickly and with a smile. They asked me questions along the way. They were friendly. There was a problem with the system after installation and they came out a few days later and made a repair.

Tri-county was awesome. I needed my sprinkler system maintenances ensure that that all my sprinkler heads and pipes free of leaks prior to having new sod installed. He came out short notice and did an amazing job

Tri County Services is a family business and they got our sprinkler system fixed and up and running after the previous home owners did not winterize it. I felt like their pricing was very fair and the work quality exceptional. The owner explained everything well so I have a better idea of how it works. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an hourly rate for labor, plus the price for parts. We do not charge a service call “fee”. Our pricing includes a warranty on all parts and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate all new customers. We will work with you to identify any issues with your irrigation or lighting, and give you various options that fit your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
28 years in the irrigation and lighting industry. We are trained by Hunter and Rain Bird on an annual basis and are Hunter Certified.
