I cannot begin to tell you how exceptional my experience was! Arnett was professional, informative and did great work! It was super hot outside and he didn't stop working until the job was done. He got everything up and running and I could not be happier with the finished job and the gentleman who did it! You're awesome Arnett and I will be calling you when I'm ready for you to install my other camera's!!! Thank you!

I purchased four cameras only one work and I never got him to come back over and fix it came over twice, but he said he’s gonna get a new camera for to replace the ones that he put in because they didn’t work never saw him again never answered the phone. He took some money that he was supposed to fix the camera wet from another company that is align the camera he came out to line the camera, but it’s still not working right it’s horrible Experience. I paid 2000 a little over $2000 and this is what I get.

Rtechwork responded timely to my request for security camera installation and set an appointment for the next afternoon. Upon arrival Arnett offered suggestions on placement for the best coverage; and worked efficiently and patiently (even with my 7 year old peering over his shoulder)! Very professional and nice person. I really appreciate his automated scheduling and invoice process. Pricing was fair and $55 less than another pro. I’m pleased with the install job. I would definitely hire Rtechwork again.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, affordable pricing with free consultations and no-obligation quotes. Every project is priced based on your specific space, equipment, and goals, so you'll always know the cost upfront before we begin.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your project over phone, email, or an in-home consultation, then walk you through the best options for your space and equipment. Once we agree on a plan, I schedule a convenient time and handle everything from setup to cleanup for a smooth, professional installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed THX home theater training and spent over 10 years working in the cable industry, giving me hands-on expertise in audio, video, and structured wiring systems.
