Pointe Window Cleaning did a really wonderful job on our home — we’ve honestly never seen the windows sparkle more. While a full four-sided cleaning ended up being not cheap, the work the team from Pointe put in was clear (two guys were here from 9:15-5:15, with a short break for lunch) and the results really do speak for themself. Our only little hick-up happened when Andrew noticed a more complicated feature of some our windows that meant they’d have to spend significantly more time on each of those particular windows (i.e a whole extra hidden pane). He brought the issue up with me as soon as he realized it and, while it meant our estimate was off, it was a genuine mistake that he dealt with honestly and he gave me a few options beyond paying more — you really can’t ask for more. In any event, I’d whole heartedly recommend Pointe Window Cleaning to anyone.
