Mike was super fast at diagnosing my PC. Knowing right off the bat what the problem was, he went out of his way to take a power supply that he had, offered it at no cost, then even shipped it 4 states away.... with 2 day delivery!!! He took his time with me and talked to me in a way I could understand. I'll never ever go to anyone else. If I have a PC problem again, I feel safe to the point where I'd send it to him and, I know I'd get it back in a better condition than when I sent it in. Thanks Mike, it was much appreciated!!!
