How busy women are losing weight, gaining energy, and feeling better without giving up entire food groups or spending hours in the gym. And it’s overwhelming to sort through all the diet, nutrition, and exercise information. The truth is, losing weight does not have to mean giving up all the food you enjoy, spending hours upon hours on the treadmill, or eating nothing but cabbage soup every day. Imagine getting back the energy you had in your early 20’s. Imagine looking in the mirror before you head to work and feeling good about what you see. Imagine fitting perfectly into that favorite, perfect dress that you love but has been hiding in the back of your closet because it doesn’t fit right. No more sneaking behind the others in group photos. No more spending 30 minutes to find the right outfit that doesn’t make you feel like a balloon or is uncomfortably tight. Just because you’re into some real “adulting” doesn’t mean you automatically have to feel zapped of energy and say, “This is just my life now”. Because this is a trap. Yes, we have a lot on our plate. Yes, we have hormonal changes. BUT there’s so much you can do. You can do this. This is the last time that you’ll have to start this all over again. This is lasting success for your health and wellness. Here are a few things to get you started: 1. Drink more water. Few of us get enough. Once you feel thirsty, you’re already getting dehydrated. Choose water. Make it easy for you to drink it by having it with you all the time. 2. Get some sleep. Good sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours. Getting a good night’s sleep can help control hunger. Without it, your hormones send messages about you needing food for more energy and you end up hungrier and dealing with cravings. 3. Joyful Movement. Bring some movement to your day in a way that feels enjoyable. Like to dance? Put on your favorite tunes and rock out in your living room. Take a walk. Put on a YouTube exercise video that looks fun. Something that allows you to get some movement that’s not a chore, but feels fun and brightens your day. Let’s have a chat about how you can lose 12-25 pounds in the next 90 days. Sara is a great yoga teacher. she is very knowledgeable about which poses will help which muscle groups. i am a beginner and she helped make me feel very comfortable in all the poses. i told her i had neck and upper back muscle pain and we focused on those areas. after our session my pain was completely gone!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    You can start by scheduling a time for a phone consultation. On our call we will discuss your needs and your schedule. Then we can arrange your introductory personal training, coaching or private yoga session. Depending on your goals and needs, you might need a yoga mat to start, or other props and equipment. It’s ok if you don’t have these items for our introductory session. We can also discuss alternative props you may already have, or places to get them. Our classes will be held in person or live over video conference using Zoom from the convenience of your own home or office.

    I have trained people of all ages from pre-school to seniors and everywhere in between. I have trained in movement and healing studies throughout my life and continue to study as a lifelong student.
