Our experience with Rob Bakker was excellent right from the start. I contacted 10+ fence installers with the measurements of our lot and Rob answered right away and was willing to come out the same day to double-check the measurements. Of the companies that responded to me, no one else offered to come out to check measurements and most simply sent me with a price with no details of how they got their number. Rob's price was a tiny bit higher than some of our other quotes, but we appreciated that he showed how he came up with his number and there's no question that working with him was worth the difference. Rob helped me for hours (literally) to find our property survey markers after I fumbled around on my own - totally above and beyond! He worked for two days in the pouring rain and cold to get our fence done in a timely manner. The final result looks awesome and our dogs are so excited to run!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing under market value. I'm not the big guys with all the overhead. I personally install every job I sell.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step, I like to make it out to the site to get an accurate measurement and a chance to address questions and concerns in person and provide you with a free estimate. next is permit miss dig and a down payment of 50%. And then install.
